Biography of Marshall Crenshaw
Marshall Crenshaw is an American singer, songwriter, and guitarist, best known for his hit song 'Someday, Someway' which reached the Top-40 in 1982.
Early Life and Career
Crenshaw was born in Detroit, Michigan and grew up in Berkley, Michigan.
He started playing the guitar at the age of 10. From 1968 to 1973, Crenshaw led the band 'Astigafa'. His first major project was portraying John Lennon in the musical 'Beatlemania'.
Music Career
After recording his first single 'Something's Gonna Happen' under the label 'Shake Records' in New York, Crenshaw signed a contract with 'Warner Bros Records'.
